In my AMM 3100 Design and Merchandising Strategies class, I created a wholesaling brand called Vivant, targeting Generation Z consumers with a women's business wear line. I conducted extensive research on Generation Z preferences and developed a business strategy report. I created a theme board that captured the brand's aesthetic and mood, incorporating color palettes and design elements. Additionally, I developed a comprehensive line sheet with detailed garment information.
I considered the impact of emerging technologies and changing consumer behavior on product development, exploring digital platforms and online shopping experiences. I also analyzed interrelationships between market information services, producers, distributors, and consumers. This project provided practical experience in design and merchandising strategies, allowing me to create a marketable product line for Vivant.
